eTower is a passionate group of 21 residents (and 200+ alumni) who contribute to a community centered on entrepreneurship.

Being a student-entrepreneur is never easy, but when you are united with individuals who share similar goals and aspirations, incredible things happen, alongside coming away with incredible friendships, memories, and future opportunities!

What do you get as an etower resident?

Thought-leadership

At eTower, we are the student entrepreneurship thought leaders on campus. Every Wednesday, we host events such as speaker events (bringing in accomplished and inspiring entrepreneurs), pitch competitions (empowering entrepreneurs on campus), and workshops (to develop skills needed to be successful leaders and innovators), all in our common room and open to all students on campus. Our weekly newsletter consistently highlights the accomplishments and role our residents and alumni play in the entrepreneurial ecosystem here at Babson and the broader world. eTower is deeply connected with other organizations on campus, including the Blank Center, Center for Career Development, CODE, Olin Catalyst, Project W, and more.

Professional Development

eTower’s wide-ranging professional development opportunities for our residents are extremely impactful. We offer the following: Professional Development Funds, Startup Seed Funding, Professional Hot Seat Sessions, connections to industry leaders, and more. All these opportunities are meant to support you as a student entrepreneur!

Personal Development

We are not just focused on developing into incredible entrepreneurs but also enriching and growing ourselves personally. Our Weekly Accountability Meetings allow us to form tight-knit groups and share in-depth insights on how we can better support each other personally and professionally. While it's important that we offer formal events, our nonprofessional bonding time is essential to eTower and building lasting relationships among our residents. Some informal activities include Lock-Ins, road trips, game nights, and other fun bonding activities.
